Protests must be made in writing to the Secretary or the Judge or Judges within 15 minutes after the race or chop in dispute, together with a deposit of five per cent, of the amount of stake (minimum ss), which will be forfeited if the protest is found to be frivolous or vexatious. The prizes offered at this meeting will be awarded subject to the statement of previous performances given [ being STRICTLY ACCURATE. Athletes ahd Cycling Competitors MUST be registered members of Amateur Athletic Clubs and WEAR registered present season’s number on their back when competing. NOTE.—NO EVENT UNLESS FIVE COMPETITORS.
