TRAGEDY IN JAPAN. United Press Association—By Electric Received Wednesday, 1.55 a.m. TOKIO, Feb. 16. A great snowstorm in the IwaTe prefecture resulted in 59 deaths and the collapse of two schools and twenty houses. A train ran into 30 labourers clearing snow from the line at Hokkaido, killing five.
