Queen Victoria

FILM OF LIFE TO BE MADE LONDON, Feb. 1. The film actress Anna Neagle will be the first to portray Queen Victoria on the screen.

Miss Neagle will play the title role in the film, “ Victoria the Great,” which will be released on June 21, the day after the 100th anniversary of Queen Victoria’s accession to the Throne.

I On that day the ban on plays dealing with the life of Queen Victoria will be withdrawn.
