LARGE INCREASE IN EXPORTS. TOKIO, February 14. Publishing the first foreign trade returns of the now industry of staple fibre, tho Merchants' Association has announced that the exports for Janu ary exceeded one million yen made up as follows: Fibre, 483,000 yen; yarn, 343,000; textile, 217,000.
