They were met at tho gates by rejoicing relatives and friends. General Motors has announced resumption of the production of motors on Monday in more than 30 industrial cities and expects to be operating at capacity within 12 days. Employers have promised a pay rise of five cents an hour which will amount in a normal year, to 25,000,000 dollars.
