Sacred Concert
(To the Editor.) Sir, —In connection with the fund being raised to assist the two unfortunate families who had all their furniture and effects destroyed by fire recently, a Sacred Concert has been arranged for Sunday evening next at the Eegent Theatre. An excellent programme is being provided, and it is hoped that a large number of the public will respond to the generous offer made by local artists to assist this most worthy cause. By attending, citizens will enjoy an excellent programme, show their appreciation of the efforts of our local musicians and artists, and materially assist in augmenting the funds so urgently needed by these two families.—l am, etc., A.
