From Our Own Correspondent Mr and Mrs K. White have returned home after touring at Taupo, Rotorua, and Auckland. Mr and Mrs C. Terry and family were week-end visitors to L'ukthamoanwa, and were the guests of Mr and Mrs D. L Davies. Mrs S. Irvine is spending a few davs in Wellington. Miss Linda Irvine is holiday-making in Wellington. Mr and Mra Gilliland are on a motor tour to Taupo and the Auckland district. Miss Norma Terry and Miss Madge Lynch aro the guests of Mr and Mrs I). I. Davies, Pukehamoainoa. Miss Pat Terry is holiday ing In Dannevirke and is the guest of Mr and Alir.s Lloyd Davies. Mrs R. Mullins leaves for Christchurch on Friday next. For the fiftieth time the two rathe careful boxers had fallen into a clinch. “Turn aht the lights I” shouted a voice from the gallery. “Them two lovin’ ’earts want to be alone !’’ ‘‘Leave them lights alone !” shouted another voice. “I want to read!!’’
