There was a pleasing interlude at the Flock House ceremony yesterday when Hon. Lee Martin was called upon to present the .Sir James Allen Cup and Medal to P. G. Bignell, whoso score for rifle shooting had been 132 out of a possible of 115, the Minister offering his congratulations and recalling the fact that 50 years ago he had worked for Bignell’s grandfather.
