Dunedin Jockey Club’s Autumn Meeting

FIELDS FOR TO-DAY. WIN AND PLACE BETTING. With the Dunedin Cup as the chief event on the card, the Dunedin Jockey Club’s autumn meeting opens to-day. The track is reported to be in good order and with fine fields accepted, interesting racing is indicated. The betting will be conducted under the win and place system and horses likely to be fancied are as under:— Warrington Hurdle: Royal Pal, Look Smart. Trial Handicap: Robant, Golden Pheasant, Natty.
