EXCEPTIONS TO NEW RELIGIOUS LAW. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received .Sunday, 9.50 p.m. ANKARA, Feb. 6. While permitting tho practice of religious faith and attendance at services provided there is no clash with tho morals and laws of the country, an amendment to the Constitution dealing with the guarantee of religious liberty forbids all "affiliations or contra-fra-ternities of a secret character-” * This presumably bans Freemasons, dervishes and other fraternUios throughout Turkey.
