A depression is advancing across the south Tasman but is very slight and another a\ii cyclone is located over Eastern Aus traiia. Winds: Light to moderate variable but uortherl'ies soon prevailing and c banging again to southerlies to-morrow iu the southern portion of the Boutn island. dens (New Zealand waters): Slight to woJerato but later increasing somewhat in the Cook and Foveaux Straits areas. Eastern Tasman Sea: Light to moderate winds, northerlies predominating, out a change to southerlies advancing from the west. Weather: Fine generally at first with cloud increasing in southern portions . of the island. Scattered light rains probable later, mainly in coastal jjrtas. Temperatures warmer.
