Use of Old Towels

Here is some advice on tho mending of towels that have been cut by a razor blade. Now, prevention is always better than cure, and it will be found more advantageous in every way to havo a set of small towels especially for the uso of the m«n of the house for drying their blades. These can be easily made .from the good portions of a towel that would otherwise be put in the rag basket or used for a floorcloth. A size of 7in. square will bo found useful. Tho edges can be either hemmed neatly or fringed. A smal loop of tape at one corner hangs it on a little hook in a convenient place in the bathroom. It will be found that men really prefer to uso these small towels, as they are handier and they need not be so careful not to cut them.
