The third trial of Isabel Annie Aves, also known as Craike, a married woman, of Hastings, on seven charges of unlawfully using an instrument with intent to procure a miscarriage, was opened in the Supreme Court, Wellington, yesterday, before a jury of 12. Tho alleged offences took place between May, 1935, and June 1936, at Hastings.
