UNABLE. TO EMIGRATE TQ PALESTINE. WARSAW, Feb. 3. As a protest against the method of distributing permits for emigration to Palestine a hundred j’oung Jews smashed the windows of the central Palestine office, broke down the doors, disconnected the telephones, wrecked the furniture, destroyed files and records, and carried off many passports.
