Dockyard Dismissal
MAN EMPLOYED FOR PARTICULAR JOB. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, February 3. In the House of Commons Sir Samuel Hoare informed Mr. J. H. Jagger that Easfchope was employed at Devonport for a particular job, which ended after a week. A cable received on February Ist. stated that Mr. J. H. dagger (Laboui, Clayton) had given notice in the House of Commons to ask a question about the dismissal of a man named H. S. R Easthope from the Army Signals at Devonport after more than 12 years ’ service without reason, and later from Devonport dockyard after one week's service.
