Jagger that Easfchope was employed at Devonport for a particular job, which ended after a week. A cable received on February Ist. stated that Mr. J. H. dagger (Laboui, Clayton) had given notice in the House of Commons to ask a question about the dismissal of a man named H. S. R Easthope from the Army Signals at Devonport after more than 12 years ’ service without reason, and later from Devonport dockyard after one week's service.
