Trotsky Will Defend Himself
TELEPHONE SPEECH TO NEW YORK MEETING. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph-— Copy righ L Received Wednesday, 9.20 p.m. MEXICO CITY, Feb. 3. Trotsky disclosed that he intended to speak to a New York audience by telephone on February 14 during a pfoTrotsky meeting there unless the United States Government forbids it. Trotsky intends to defend liimselt against the accusations of Stalin that he conspired against the Soviet with Hitler and Japan.
