Trotsky disclosed that he intended to speak to a New York audience by telephone on February 14 during a pfoTrotsky meeting there unless the United States Government forbids it. Trotsky intends to defend liimselt against the accusations of Stalin that he conspired against the Soviet with Hitler and Japan.
