PINEAPPLE AND AIARSIIMALLOW FRAPPE. Cut into halves, or smaller if liked, (3d worth, or more, marshmallows. Use scissors to cut. Use a fresh pineapple, or a tin of crushed pineapple. If the latter, drain off somo of tho juice. If a fresh pineapple, shred it with two forks, leave it standing for some time, then drain away some of tho juice. Sweeten the fruit with castor sugar. Whip half a pint of cream until very stiff, fold in the marshmallows, also some chopped glace cherries, and browned desiccated coconut or chopped nuts. Put the pineapple into small glass dishes, and heap the cream mixture on top of it.
