Feilding Municipal Band
The annual general meeting of the Feilding Municipal Band is to be held in the Council Chambers to-morrow evening. In view of the possibility of the 1938 contest being held in Palmerston North, a splendid opportunity will thereby be given the local band to compete under favourable circumstances, and the forthcoming year can, with advantage, be used for preparatory purposes—both financially and from a playing point of view. It is, therefore, more than usually necessary that a strong committee be appointed and a full attendance of members and supporters is urged for Thursday night.
