Forced Off the Road

BABY CAR OVERTURNED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Feb. 1. Shortly after ten o’clock on Friday night J. S. Stalker, plumber, Lower Hutt., when returning to AVellington with his five-year-old son in a baby motor car was forced off the road near Takapu bridge, Tawa Flat, by a motor car overtaking him fast round a cor ncr. Another car chased the offending vehicle but was unable to catch it. Stalker escaped with a severe bruising and his son received a substantial cut on the wrist. Stalker went home leaving his car upside-down against a fence.
