MANY ATTRACTIONS OFFERING Tho thirty-third annual show of tho Feilding Industrial, Agricultural aud Pastoral Association opens to-day with record entries. Intending patrons should note that tliero aro many attractions offering at this year’s show which should go far to make tho fixture an outstanding success. Dairy farmers will be particularly interested in the Manawatu Jersey Oaks class for purebred Jersey heifers -for which prize money totalling £SOO lias been allotted. Of the original JSO entries in this unique competition 11J remain for the final judging which will take place today. The docidiug points in this competition will bo on production and type and tho first prize for the class is £250. The Mayor (Mr. T. Collins) invites the business houses of Feilding to observe a half-holiday to-morrow (People’s Day).
