Many Guests at Saturday Evening Party

Miss Joan Neville was hostess at a delightful party at her residence, I\s Awe Awe street, on Saturday evening, the function providing a very jolly occasion for over thirty guests. The rooms were artistically ornamented with a profusion of summer blooms, flame daniias being attractively arranged m the drawing room. Wila dancing for those so inclined and bridge tor the enthusiasts, the time was very happily occupied. Miss i.'ievilie received her 'guests wearing a becoming .frock of miumgnt blue crepe rouiain. Cocktails were handed round early in the evening and the serving of delicious savoury supper provided a merry interlude. A memory test competition which was won by Miss J. Gill, provided further diversion. Those present included Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Abraham, Dr. and Mrs. B. M. Dolby, Mr. and Mrs. W. button, Mr. and Mrs. F. Dull, Mr. and Mrs. Ridden, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Francis, Dr. F. 11. McDowoli, Misses C. Warburton, U Southey Raker, Derry, Wail, Houguton, E. Dos worth, J. Gill, M. Carey, S. ana D. Waldegrave, White, Barry (2), Dr. D. Gillies, Messrs. C.
