Russo-Japanese War Set for 1937

Eadek, recalled, testified that he received a message from Trotsky through Piatakoff, alleging a deal had been completed with Germany for the purpose of causing a Russo-Japanese war in 1937. Piatakoff told him Germany wanted England's neutrality and domplete freedom on the Danube and in the Balkans. Knyazeff gave evidence that the Japanese held similar views. A secret night session was devoted to the production of documents to establish the various accuseds’ connections with foreign agents.
