New Uniforms For Tommy Atkins
WILL BE WOKN AT CdEONATION. (British Official Wireless). Received Thursday, 9.20 p.m. RUGBY, Jan. 28. Production has started of the new blue army uniform which will be worn for the first time by the troops taking part in the Coronation ceremonials. About 50,000 regulars and territorials will be supplied with the uniform, tfle exception the Household Cavalry and guards, who will retain their existing uniforms, and the Rifle Regiments, who will revert to their dark green.
