Navachin’s Death

NOT SHOT BUT STABBED. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. PARIS, Jan. 26. A post-mortem examination surprisingly establishes the fact that M. Navachin was not shot but stabbed with a stiletto-like dagger. A Paris message yesterday stated that M. Navachln, the brilliant Russian economist, who was at loggerheads with the Soviet, was found shot and supposedly murdered in a lonely spot at Bois de Boulogne. It was assumed that he could have proved the innocence of some of the accused in the Moscow trial.
