LOAN TERMS AMENDED. An Order-in-Council varying the terms in respect of the Feilding Borough Council’s waterworks’ flood damage loan of £2OOO and the balance of £2OOO of the road sealing loan, has been gazetted. Tho original authority provided for the repayment of the loans on a table basis whereas tho amendment now makes provision for repayment by means of tho usual sinking fund, this being the procedure sought by the council.

It is the intention of the Borough Council to raise the money locally if possible by means of debentures.

Notification of the above amendment has been received by the council.
