PUKEKOHE, Jan. 23. The market for potatoes at Pukekohe is still quiet and last Monday’s quotation of 5s per cwt., f.0.r., is unchanged. The weather has been against the harvesting of onions, the price remaining at 9s 6d per cwt. Pickling onions sell at 13s 6d per cwt. Drumhead cabbages are available at 5s a large sack; carrots, 7s a sugar bag; beetroot, 5s a sugar bog; green peas, 7s 6d a sugar bag; rhubarb, 3s 3d a dozen bundles; marrows, 4s a dozen; cucumbers, 2s Cd a dozen; pumpkins, Us 6d per cwt.
