REINFORCEMENTS BOON United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, January 25. In the House of Commons Mr. M. MacDonald, in moving the second reading of the Empire Settlement Bill, said the depression was lifting and there had been a recovery in every Dominion. Unemployment was falling and he hoped the Dominions would soon bo ready to accept a reinforcement of British migrants.
