E., at Manchester Square on Friday, the 29tb January, 1937, at 11 a.m. The business people of the town arerequested, where conveniently Possible, to close their premises from 11 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. for the occasion and to display as much bunting or flags as possible during the day. TRAFFIC ARRANGEMENTS. During the period from 10.30 a.m. until after the above ceremony, car parking will not be allowed on the south side of Kimbolton Road adjoining the Memorial Square and no vehicular traffic will be allowed during the ceremony on that section of Kimbolton Road and Manchester Street adjoining the same Square.
