At tho invitation of Rev. J. Hubbard, M.A., members of the Wellington Caledonian and Palmerston North Pipe Bands amalgamated to attend service at St. Andrew's Church yesterday morning. The bands paraded round the Square and played lively selections outßide the church before and after service. A NEW YEAR RESOLUTION.
