OROUA v, WANGANUI EAST. Tho Oroua Bowling Club visited the Wanganui East Club on Anniversary Day for the annual intcr-club match, the home club winning tho day by IS9 points to 155. Although tho green was in perfect order a high wind made play difficult but an enjoyable day whs spent. The following were the results, Wanganui skips being mentioned first:

Morning.—Jones 14 v. Hausmann 12; Hutchins 12 v. Hicks 13; Howarth 12 v. Roach 9; Rush 3 v. Andrews 13; Carvell 6 v. Stewart 9.

Afternoon.—Carvell 30 v. Andrews 15; Howarth 24 v. Hicks 27; Jones 2$ v. Hausmann 22; Hutchins 32 v. Stewart 17; Rush 30 v. Roach 18. Totals: Wanganui East, 189 points; Oroua, 155.
