Mrs Sheen, of Wellington, formerly of Woodville, is staying with her daughter, Mrs G. B. D'Ath, at Kumeroa.

Palmerston North visitors to Wellington for the races are Mr. and Mrs. L. H. Collinson, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Millar and Miss Lorna Millar.

Mrs W. A. Sandilands, of Feilding, who has recently been on a visit to her people in Auckland has as her guest her sister, Miss June Taylor.

Mr and Mrs F. Slater returned to Palmerston North last evening after a month’s holiday spent at Whangaroa, Bay of Islands and Auckland.

Rev. P. and Mrs. Wiltshire, who have been on a motoring holiday to Tauranga and Waitomo Caves, returning via New Plymouth, arrived in Palmerston North on Thursday evening and proceed to Pongaroa to-day. Miss K. Owtram, who accompanied them on the trip, has also returned to Ranfurly street.
