EIGHT MONTHS FOR BIGAMY
(Per Press Association;) AUCKLAND, Last Night. In the Supremo Court to-day Henry, Osman, a labourer, aged 45, was sentenced to eight months’ imprisonment for bigamy. He married first in 1914 and contracted a bigamous marriage with a young girl last October. Mr Justice Reid said; "The gifi you married last year was under aga> and apparently the sole reason yon married her was to avoid imprisonment ior carnal knowledge,”
