By the courtesy of Mr. and Mrs. It. Tanner of “Lansdale,” Longburn, their beautiful grounds will be thrown open to the public once again. Under the auspices of the “Takaro” Bowling, Croquet and Tennis Club's Garden Fete has been arranged for next Wednesday, 29th Feb., when all manner of games and competitions will be held. The modest sum of 6d. gives admission to these beautiful j grounds whilst return bus fares costs j only 1/6. Buses leave Square ,at 1.45 and 2 p.m. running via Eangitikei Street and Featherston Street West,
