Tlie usual. fortnightly meeting of the abore was held on Thursday. .The Chairman laid before the Board copies of the advertisement relative to the coming land sale. On. the motion of Mr Bunny it was agreed to amend the clause refer* ring to rights of purchase so as to show at "what price the selector wonld be able to purchase on fulfil xnent of conditions. It was agreed to have a revised nbtice of the sale, with a view to advertising m the papers, ready by next meeting of the Board, the leasing" advertisement to be proceeded' with at once.
