The principal race for the Summer meeting is the Wellington Gold Cap, of 600 soys.. with a piece of plate of the value of 100 soys, presented by the citizens of Wellington, This is th« largest stake ever given m Wellington, and from the moderate nomination fee» r &c, should ensure a very large entry. The big race on the second day is % handicap, 200 so vs. The meet* ing is to take place oa the 4th and stk February.
