Per Press Association ; . Gi-BOBKE, October 27. Early on Saturday morning the body of a young man named WilHam Now.ell was floating m the Turanganui; jßiver, near the wharf. So far as is known deceased has no relations m the cq'ony, his fatnei-, mother, aud sisters having^ been lost m the .burning of the ship" Oospatrick. : He is supposed to have fallen between the wharf and the steamer Bosica, ou which deceased worked, and was probably under the influence of drink. Deceased was 26 or 27 } ears of age.
