' Anyjaerson trustee may transfer the manHg< men t of trust property to the. Public Tiustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trusts attach- ' ing thereto. ' : Any. person, company, association, orX public body within or without the colony may place any property belonging to them m charge of the Public Trustee upon trust for such uses as may be defined m the deed creating the trust. • Any Building, Land or Friendly Society may, by its rules provide that pro,, perty belonging te it may be placed m the Public Trust Office, for such trusts, and uses and with suchpowers as may be denned m or by the said rules: Tbe advantages offered are :— 1. Sate Guarantee against peculation fraud or dishonesty. 2. AH proposed investment are considered by a Board, consisting of the Honorable Colonial Treasurer, the AttorneyGeneral, the Comptroller and" Auditoraeneral, the .Government Insurance i(^mmissioner, and the Public Trustee ; <&re^ ful consideration of all securities offered is therefore ensured.' Reasonable charges : On estates, such as are now being considered, the Public Trustee is authorised to charge.' l£d per cent on disbursements, and one j quarter per cent on all monies invested :No charge & made for probate, nor forpassing stamp and property tax retnrn, i nor for correspondence, however volumi- ; nous.
