A Governor's warrant is, being prepared calling out for active ißervice the whole of the Volunteer Corps m those districts where certain Corps nave offered 4 their serviceß for the front; This is done to comply with legal requirements, but there Ihe ; Ms no intention of doing" more than accen n., the services of those Corp* which have volunteered to go to the 1 Weit Cpast.
