OROUA BIPIVG. The roads a*e m a good state of repair. Gin-alt and Gray have, finish d their contract on cemetery'to Ha!comt-e road. I have again to .bring under your notice the stnte of Pikatoo Bridge, near Sanson. This bridge, at Mokawai, is; bu'lt of matai, j which has gone to decay, and it should be renewed at .once with a substantial totnra one. Tbe contractors on Baiiks 1 lii;e, Nns. 1 and 2 contracts, are at xvoik. They have a difficulty m getting men to w<srk.on this line on account of the wet state of , the ground.
