Alexandra and Main-fctreets west — These works at» completed. Contracts T. — Sundiy work on Cliurcb and Broad streets— The original work under this contract is : completed — besides information and metalling^ a short length o\ footpath in'lidnt of*Mc Man.'m's ehop-^ahri a piece of rough at the. end pE the south Bide footpath in Broad-sheet. Contract A. A. Formation of Botanical Road — a portion of-the lower end, about 20 chains, is nearly completed, and a part of the lagoon filled in. B. — Formation in Alexandra and Colleg|B-Btreets— about ore half of this contract is nniehed and the remaining portion will not probably occupy more time to complete than allowed by the contract.
