COMMERCIAL TREATY.
It has been agreed between the French and English Governments' that the present commercial treaties shall.be further prolonged for a period of three months, f rom "Nbvember^ next, when they would otherwise terminate; ; In the meantime, negotiations will be carried on between the tyo .powers with the view -to bring about a permanent future understanding m regard to their commercial relations. r
