SCHOONER MISSING.
The schooner Poneke, owned m Wellingtoa, and bound from Q-reymouth to Picton, is missing, and it .is supposed she iij lost. She. left three weeks; ago, and very bad weather, has been experienced since. The crew consists of James Lee, matter, and five. men. She. was insured m the South British for. &1000, of which £666 is reinsured m, the Victoria and Colonial offices. She is ow^ned by Waddlej M'Eeod and Wjir. ' -:'--'■:-■: '■ ■■■
