Walter Earnest Haines, a youth w. some twelve years, whose high-sounding; and euphonious appellatiom was the. only thing good about him, was 'brdughV up charged with having outgrown -the con- ■ trbl of his parents. Evidence was 'giv«n# which fully proved the desperate characv ter of the boy, and he was relegated to, the traning ship for four years.. r < ■ ! VAGBANT : ANIMAIB. \ W. Dykes and J.* Lanrenspn.;_wer& complained against for- allowing a goat and some cattle to trespass upon the streets of the town.
