THE NATIVES IN THE NORTH.
The Government intend to steadily push on the road from Hawera to New Plymouth along the Coast, crossing the Waingongoro Kiver, and passing Opunake. No aggressive measures will be used, m taking possession. A detachment 4of ,the A.C. leave for Opunake to-night.
