The paragraph has goue the rounds of the Colonial Press, and I find that as it had been cribbed from your 'columns and localised by two papers, the offending journals received the credit for it, quite irrespective of the fact that both pipers are published outside the district over which Judge Ma rdcas tie resides. Vly humble efforts are completely at the eli?po?-il of the Press gang; all that 1 would ask is that when the scizzors is used, the microscope will be appliod, so as nob to forget, that the author is MAQatTFE'I'S* .
