PARLIAMENTARY.
Welling-ton, Tuesday 7 p,m. In the House to-day, Andrews, member for Christchurch, moved, and Hurst, of Auckland, seconded the Address m Reply. The debate was adjourned to tha evening, when Mr. Hall, the member for Selwyn will move a vote of want of confidence amendment, and the Premier will reply. The debate is expected to last all the week, and both aides confidently claim a narrow majority. In the Council, the Hon. Mr. Woods moved, and Hon. John Martin seconded the Reply, which after some discussion was agreed to.
