"VTOTICE is hereby given that at a 1.1 sitting of the Assessment Court for the Manawatu Highway Board, held on the 6th day of March, 1579, it was proved to the said Court that no Valuation List had^bcen prepared, as required by the Rating Ac*t, 1876, and that the Judge of the said Assessment Court has appointed Messrs. Keeling and Hoe, of Palmerston North, to be the Valuers to make such List, and has fixed MONDAY, the 31st day of March, 1879, as the day for the com pletion thereof, and directed that the said List shall be open for public inspection on and from the 31st day of March to the 14th day of April, at the undermentioned places, viz. : — For No. 1 and 2 Wards, at Mr. Beaven's Store, Sandon ! „ No. 3 Ward, at the County Council Office, Foxton „ No. 4, 0. and 6 Wards, at the Manawatu Highway Office, Palmerston „ No. 7 Ward, at Messrs. Loudon and Haybittle's store, Feilding. And that all objections thereto shall be delivered at the Court - house, Palmerston, on or before WEDNESDAY, the 16th day of April, 1879; and it is further notified that a sitting of the Assessment Court will be held at tiie Resident Magistrate's Court-house, Palmerston, on THURSDAY, the 17th day of April, 1879, at 11 a.m. Dated at Palmerston this 21st day of March, 1879.
