This Block is surrounded by the finest agricultural district m the North Island, and the proposed line of Railway from Foxton to Sanson passes closes to ie, the site of the intended Railway Station being within two miles. Taking all those points into consideration, the future success of Campbell may be looked upon as a certainty, offering an opportunity to capitalists and others seldom met with for the investment of money. German Town is situated close to the Carnarvon Railway Station, and the proposed line of Railway from Foxton to Sanson passes beside it — a situation sufficient m itself to commeud its future prospects to the public.
