Stevens and Gn-ton, Cheltenham has been placed m the market a the request of a large number of settlers residing ia he immediate neighborhood, as they consider it most necuessary that a post-office, hotel, stores, black* 'iiith's'und butcher's shops should be erected at once for the purpose of supplying the numerous settlers m the surrounding country. The public will therefore see that it is not one oi ihe many paper township which have recently been offered, but otic which presents the best and most, profitable imestment ever offered. The terms are' of a most libaral nature --One-third cash, balance by bills at six or t welve month* without interest.
