Mr A. A. Barnett reports having sold at his last auction sale at Wellington, on Tuesday :— Section 221 Fitzherbert, known as Collins's Block, for £820, being equal to £5 per acre. Mr T. P. Ransom, jof Wellington, was the purchaser. At the same lime quarter-acre subdivisions of Block 1087, Palmerston, were readily disposed of at an average of £8 103 per allotment. Section 203, Fitzherbert, was withdrawn at £4 per acre.
